Hi guys
How often do we let our emotions run wild and cause chaos in our lives.
I had to deal with it in my own life. Feelings that should not have been surfaced because of my own emotions.
God says:
“Above all else, guard your heart,
for everything you do flows from it.”

Protect it against emotions that the enemy might bring up.
In times when you feel that emotions are overwhelming you turn to the Lord. He is a comforter and friend.
Let’s not be emotional but rather a reflection of Christ.
